RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation

In order to cancel your order, please e-mail info@shellys.com and we will go through the necessary documentation to allow you to cancel your order. You will then receive a full refund of the price paid. 

However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to return the goods to us in exactly the same state in which you received them. The goods cannot have been worn. Please see information regarding returning your goods below.

Returns

If you have chosen to cancel your order with SHELLYS, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving them, in the same condition you received them in. We will not pay the cost to return the goods, or refund original postage costs.

Please note we do not accept returns on any items that have been discounted. This applies to all sale items. 

Shoes need to be returned in an unworn condition to the following address:
